Laurie A. Rice
Laurie A. Rice is a native of Lake Forest, Illinois. Ms. Rice obtained her B.A. in Political Science at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Ms. Rice obtained her Juris Doctorate at Boston University School of Law. She represented tenants in landlord tenant disputes at New York Legal Aid in Bedford Stuyvesant, New York, then worked on a million square foot shopping mall project for a developer in New York. Ms. Rice then worked as an in-house attorney for a civil engineering and construction firm in Chicago. In 2007, she established her own law office in Bainbridge Island, Washington. Ms. Rice is licensed to practice in the states of Washington, New York and Illinois. Since relocating to Washington in 2006, Ms. Rice has represented several dozens of community associations in the Puget Sound area.
